Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’re located in Nashville, Tennessee, but we do not have a retail store. You can order our plants online as we do ship nationwide. Follow us on Instagram to keep up with any pop-ups we may have in Tennessee!

  • We ship plants nationwide on Mondays and Tuesdays using USPS. To learn more please visit our How We Ship page.

  • Those who live locally can enjoy free pickup!

    The pickup location is located in East Nashville. Once you have placed your order, we will email you the pickup address and determine date/ time for pickup. We are unable to hold orders for longer than two weeks. We kindly ask that you are prepared to pickup your plant(s) before then.

  • If your order is a gift there is a section in the checkout that allows you to leave a note for the recipient. You can also give their email so that they can receive tracking info as well.

  • We take the utmost care in packaging your plants so that they have a safe journey to your door. If however, damage has occurred to your plant during shipping, you may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • We do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of plants. All purchases, once shipped, are final.

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. You will be notified when your order has shipped via email. After this time, you may no longer cancel your order. To learn more please visit our Order Policies page.
