  • Returns

    We do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of plants. All purchases, once shipped, are final.

  • Order Cancellations

    You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. You will be notified when your order has shipped via email. After this time, you may no longer cancel your order.

    To cancel an order:

    1. Use our Contact Form

    2. The subject line should state “Order Cancellation”

    3. Include the Order Number in your message and state that you wish to cancel the order

  • Damaged Plants Upon Arrival

    We take the utmost care in packaging your plants so that they have a safe journey to your door. If however, damage has occurred to your plant during shipping, you may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

    Plant packages must be opened and the claim must be sent to us the same day that the plant arrives at your door.

    Important Note: We are only able to honor damages due to cold weather if you purchased Winter Shipping Insurance.

    To make a claim:

    1. Use our Contact Form

    2. The subject line should state “Damaged Plant”

    3. Document any damage with a camera

    If you qualify and the plant is still in stock, you will receive a replacement. If the plant is not in stock, you will receive a refund.
