How We Ship

  • We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that your plants aren’t sitting in trucks over the weekend. Orders that are placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following week. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.

  • USPS 2-Day Priority Shipping.

  • Those who live locally can enjoy free pickup!

    The pickup location is located in East Nashville. Once you have placed your order, we will email you the pickup address and determine date/ time for pickup. We are unable to hold orders for longer than two weeks. We kindly ask that you are prepared to pickup your plant(s) before then.

  • Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the box and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping internationally is not available at this time.

  • We take pride in using sustainable shipping materials! We use mostly paper products to ship plants so that shipping materials can be easily recycled. Products that are not paper-based are biodegradable. This includes the cling wrap and fabric bag that the plant is wrapped in.

  • We take great care in packaging our plants so that they can remain healthy during their journey in the mail. On the rare occasion that your plant arrives damaged, please follow the instructions on our Order Policies page to request a refund or replacement.

  • We offer Winter Shipping Insurance for plants shipped during cold weather conditions. If purchased, WSI offers protection against cold weather damage that is not covered by our regular guarantee. For more information please visit the Winter Shipping Insurance page.
